1. Pre-Order Date is the date when your order is placed. Please check your order confirmation email or invoice for the date.

2. ETD is the estimated delivery date for orders to be shipped from our local warehouse.

How to differentiate Pre-Order or In-Stock items?
Please refer to the product description and variants for more information. Kindly contact our team if you have any questions regarding the status of the item.

Please note that:
A shipping confirmation email together with your shipment details will only be updated to you when your order is ready to ship from our local warehouse.

Please also note that preorders are not in-stock items. Estimated time of arrival will be vary due to the shipping service and condition. 

Single order consists of pre-order and in-stock products
In this case, your order will be delivered together in one parcel based on the lead time stated in "Preorder Status". Split shipment is strictly not allowed. 

Ready stocks will be shipped out in 3-5 working days.
You are advised to check on the waiting lead time before placing any orders with us. Cancellation and refund are strictly not allowed once payment has been made.
